Project employment at CERTA Intelligence & Security

CERTA is continuously seeking skilled and committed project managers and coordinators with experience in larger projects.

In addition to providing intelligence assistance and security advice to companies and organisations, CERTA works to develop and implement projects related to security issues that have societal significance. This is typically done in collaboration with, and support from, non-profit foundations.

Over the past few years, CERTA has, among other things, developed and implemented major projects for TrygFonden (radicalisation and violent extremism), Industriens Fond (industrial espionage, cyber security and security culture), and Velliv Foreningen (violence, threats and violations in the workplace).

CERTA works continuously to develop and implement new projects, and as a project employee in CERTA you will be part of a team-based collaboration with a number of colleagues in CERTA who are jointly responsible for the projects. We expect you to have experience from complex and long-term projects ideally including: research and analysis, development of digital tools, production and publication of reports, organisation of events, external communication and management of budgets, subcontractors and schedules.

We expect you to have a relevant academic education, experience with project management and project work, good analytical skills, and that you are methodologically strong and well-articulated both in writing and speaking.

We also emphasise that you are flexible and outgoing, that you have well-developed collaboration skills, and that you can work both independently as well as participating in a team-based collaboration in a workplace where we depend on each other to be able to create valuable results that make a difference. You do not necessarily need to be an expert in intelligence and security matters, because we will make sure that you become one.
