Researcher (student assistant) at CERTA Intelligence & Security
CERTA is hiring researchers (student assistants) on a continuous basis.
As a researcher (student assistant), you will be assisting CERTA’s analysts and advisors in gathering intelligence, and providing investigative assistance and security advice to Danish as well as international companies and organisations in the form of:
- Threat and risk assessments
- Due diligence investigations (background and integrity investigations)
- Investigation of suspicious cases
- Security assessments within, for example, physical security, cyber security, information security, travel security, and preparedness and crisis management.
Your tasks as a researcher (student assistant) will primarily be to assist in the gathering of intelligence from mainly open sources (Open Source Intelligence).
We have no strict requirements as to which education you are enrolled in, it could very well be in the social sciences, and you may have already received training relevant to working with intelligence and security matters. It might also be that you have a burning desire for a career in the prevention and combatting of organised crime, espionage, cybercrime and terrorism.
We emphasise that you:
- Are theoretically, methodically and analytically well-grounded
- Are well-articulated, written and orally, in English and preferably also in other languages
- Have a mature, positive, and professional personality
- Are systematic, efficient, and productive
- Are independent and proactive as an employee and have work experience from another relevant workplace
- Are already well into your higher education
